"The Work," is a message that points to the powerful call we have received to follow Jesus and share his love in specific and powerful ways. We realize God wants to rescue us from the destructive power of sin. Moses, in the burning bush experience, encountered God on a mission to save and free his people from bondage. Just as Moses was invited to join the mission, we are invited to join the work of Christ to redeem the world from the power of sin. Looking at the response of God to Job, we recognize God is responding with compassion. Jesus wants us to respond with compassion and not criticism or judgement. Meeting needs that helps others to know Jesus' love is the passion that will unite us in a world full of conflict and confusion. I hope the message will describe the work God has for us to share. May God speak to affirm the work you are sharing or to invite you to join the work that will bring meaning to your life!
